House Rules

A few simple rules, designed for mutual respect and for those who come after you.

  1. Keep the apartment clean and tidy; dispose of waste following the provided calendar, placing it in front of the electric meters.
  2. Switch off lights and heating when you're away. The apartment is fully smart-home enabled and externally video-monitored; consumption is recorded.
  3. Smoking is not permitted, either inside or outside the apartment.
  4. Please report any damage promptly. A fee of 100 € applies in case of lost keys.
  5. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties are not allowed.
  6. Check-in after 3:00 PM · Check-out by 10:00 AM.

The Medusa Suite is our choice for couples: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, inspired by the myth of the Gorgon, with kitchen and living room, a large veranda and private parking. No other guests, no shared spaces.

The living room also has a double sofa bed, if you are travelling as three or four. The sea is 400 metres away, the station 900 metres, the centre 1.4 km.

Steps away from everything.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood right next to the city center, easily reachable on foot or by public transport — the bus stop is less than 100 metres away. Reggio Calabria Centrale station, served by Frecciarossa, Frecciargento and Italo high-speed trains, is a 13-minute walk away: you can arrive by train and do without a car for your entire stay. Ideal for a relaxing stay, yet close to everything. And if you do come by car, private parking in the city center is truly hard to find.
